เครื่องแบ่งแป้งแบบอัตโนมัตรุ่น DSA เป็นเครื่องแบ่งแป้งที่เหมาะสมกับร้านเบเกอรรี่ หรือ ว่าร้านพิซซ่า ด้านในของเครื่องตรงส่วนพื้นที่ตัดทำจาก stainless steel 304 ส่วนที่ตัดควบคลุมด้วยระบบ hydraulic ทั้งหมด โดยที่มีการป้องกันถึง 2 ระดับระหว่างตัวแทงค์ตัด และ ระบบ hydraulic ใบมีดตัดแบ่ง dough ก็ทำจาก stainless steel เช่นกัน โดยที่ตัวน๊อตที่ยึดใบมีดนั้นไม่ได้ถูกเชื่อมให้ยึดติด เพื่อที่จะให้แน่ใจว่าการตัดนั้นสม่ำเสมอ ตัวแผ่นกด เป็นวัสดุ food grade คุณภาพสูง และ ไม่เกิดการขยายตัว เคลือบด้วย stainless steel ที่เคลือบกันสนิมอีกชั้นหนึ่ง และ มีถาด stainless steel ที่รองรับเศษซึ่งสามารถเคลื่อนย้ายออกมาได้ง่าย เครื่องควบคลุมการทำงานด้วยระบบ PLC และหน้าจอสั่งงานของ SIMENS เพื่อเลือกระยะเวลาการทำงาน เครื่องจะปิดโดยอัตโนมัต เมื่อทำงานเสร็จ เพื่อความปลอดภัยและ การประหยัดพลังงาน เครื่องยังสามารถใช้งาน เป็นตัวขึ้นรูปก้อนแป้ง( dough press) โดยที่ไม่ต้องใช้ function การตัดแบ่งอีกด้วย มีปุ่มกดเพื่อให้ระบบทำความสะอาดใบมีด ล้อทำจากยางที่มีความนุ่ม และ มีระบบเบรก เพื่อให้ง่ายต่อการเคลื่อนย้านและ ในขณะเดียวกันก็ไม่ส่งเสียงดังรบกวนขณะใช้งาน วิธีการทำงาน : กดปุ่มเพื่อสั่งทำงานอัตโนมัตทุกขึ้นตอนCall MK Unigroup

Automatic switching off at the end of the cycle for a bigger safety and energy saving. Stainless steel collecting crumbs tray easy to reach thanks to lateral covers assembled on hinges. Possibility to use it just as a press dough/butter (without dividing). Knives cleaning push-button. On castors made of soft rubber with brake for greater stability and noiselessness.
